I have been working in the financial advice industry since 1991. In fact, as a Partner/Owner, I am proud to say that I have spent my entire financial career with Wolfond Financial. I earned my Certified Financial Planner designation in 1996. The CFP designation is important because it tells you I follow a high code of conduct in the areas of competence, experience, education and ethics.

My goal is to help you make well-informed decisions on the investments that are right for you and put your plan into action. My focus is on individuals and small business, pension and retirement matters, taxation and portfolio management.

My last name means “cream” in Ukrainian and is pronounced SME-TANA; just sound it out. If you want to contact me, you can also just ask for Sue Z.

In my previous life I worked for CTV and CBC television as one of the first female ENG (Electronic News Gathering) photographers in the country. My wonderful husband, two old pups and two kids (who have flown the coop in theory) keep me busy in my spare time. 

I feel lucky to have moved back to Regina over 30 years ago and made the Prairies my home again. Where else would I meet so many wonderful people?
